Olaf Kneer作为Casper Mueller Kneer的创始人兼董事，曾在多特蒙德大学和建筑协会接受学习，并获得建筑协会的单元硕士，之后在伦敦UCL Bartlett与Colin Fournier一起教授城市规划设计相关的课程。
Olaf Kneer, founder and director of Casper Mueller Kneer, studied at the University of Dortmund and the Architectural Association, where he obtained a modular Master's degree, before teaching urban planning and design courses with Colin Fournier at UCL Bartlett in London.
他获任建筑协会柏林实验室的联合主任，也是伦敦纽Newham设计审查小组和MADE审查委员会的永久成员，主要提供专业设计方面的合理建议，协助通过规划流程提高城市设计和建筑的质量与标准。
He is Co-Director of the Architectural Association's Berlin Laboratory and a permanent member of the London Newham Design Review Panel and the MADE Review Committee, providing sound professional design advice to help improve the quality and standards of urban design and architecture through the planning process.

Marianne Mueller, another founder and director of the firm, is a professor of architectural design and architectural typology at the Stuttgart State Academy of Art and Design. A graduate of the Technical University of Darmstadt and the Architectural Association of London (AA), she has worked with "CHORA"/Raoul Bunschoten and taught at the Technical University of Berlin and the Architectural Association of London.
在建筑协会任职期间，她还领导过建筑协会的柏林实验室，担任过“混凝土几何图形研究集群”的主要策展人，现在是斯图加特国家艺术与设计学院建筑协会跨学科项目实验室的负责人。
During her time at the Architectural Association, she also led the Architectural Association's Berlin Laboratory, served as the principal curator of the "Concrete Geometry Research Cluster", and is now head of the interdisciplinary Project Laboratory of the Architectural Association at the National Academy of Art and Design in Stuttgart.
