开封七盛角商业街改造计划 中原文化 东京梦华 URBAN BLOCK

关于项目
开封七盛角街区位于“八朝古都”开封古城龙亭西路，开封首个集旅游、文化、休闲、餐饮、购物为一体，以宋文化的中原名俗为主题的名俗商业街，占地约72.7亩，连接开封两大湖——包公湖和龙亭湖，三面环水，紧邻大宋御河。东起龙亭西湖，西至茉舍院墅酒店，南达半亩园，北面与清明上河园隔河相望。
In recent years, with the change of city image, industrial transformation, human environment and other requirements, the reform of Lei Street has become a trend. The first phase of the project to build the country’s design team in the original foundation of the overall renovation design, from street landscape design, building unit renovation and infrastructure renovation of the three levels of the first phase of the project.
原状分析
开封曾是“八朝古都”，历史上有九位皇帝在此建都，此次重新打造的七盛角牌坊门楼设计为冕旒冠形状，象征着以开封为代表的中原文化的悠久、恢弘。 Kaifeng used to be the "ancient capital of eight dynasties". In history, nine emperors built the capital here. The newly built gate of qishengjiao archway is designed in the shape of Miandiao crown, which symbolizes the long and magnificent culture of the Central Plains represented by Kaifeng.

设计策略
为解决原街区建筑结构过于单调，商业区域各自独立没有联系，主题不够鲜明等问题，设计师在街区选取一条中轴，以牌坊与巨大鸟笼建筑体引人瞩目，突出中心。整个街区以中心广场为中轴纵贯南北，周围商业小铺与游客接待中心区穿越东西，穿针引线串连起整个街区。东半区以入口广场、停车场、主题餐饮空间为主，西边则以特色小吃区、特色商业区、酒店住宿区、酒吧区为主，沿岸景观包揽南岸，将整个街区连接在一起。
In order to solve the problems that the original block's architectural structure is too monotonous, the commercial areas are independent and unconnected, and the theme is not clear enough, the designer selects a central axis in the block to attract attention and highlight the center with the archway and the huge bird cage building. The whole block runs through the north and South with the central square as the central axis. The surrounding commercial shops and the tourist reception center pass through the East and West, and the whole block is connected by pins and needles. The east half of the district is dominated by entrance square, parking lot and theme catering space, while the west side is dominated by characteristic snack area, characteristic commercial area, hotel accommodation area and bar area. The coastal landscape covers the south bank and connects the whole block.

景观轴线
在开封，流传着一句朗朗上口的俗语“七个角，八个巷、七十二个小胡同”，廖廖几句就勾勒出昔日北宋东京的繁华富丽，四通发达。如今开封城“七个角”早已在历史长河中逐渐湮灭，因此典故而被命名为“七盛角”的街区，承继着打造“寓玩于学寓教于乐”文化休闲商业餐饮酒店配套功能的现代“瓦舍”的使命。开封迄今已有4100余年的建城史和建都史，是世界上唯一一座城市中轴线从未变动的都城。

高起点高标准打造开封七盛角文化商业街区，提升街区建筑艺术价值，激活街区商业互动活力，弘扬大宋“盛世梦华”主题，“映射出纷繁的过去，又幻化出遥远的未来”是本次改造的定位与期待。

以廊空间与墙空间串联起整条小吃街。设计师将原本商铺整齐的入口调整为各自层次错落的进深，置身街中，感受墙与廊交互变幻而成的趣味展览，弧形屋顶起伏，砖瓦建筑交互错落，极具韵律感地向着远处延伸，为人流流动留足空间，也为游客游览保留一丝神秘。
The whole snack street is connected by corridor space and wall space. The designer adjusted the original orderly entrances of the shops to the depth of their respective layers. When you are in the street, you can feel the interesting exhibition formed by the interaction of the wall and the gallery. The arc-shaped roof is undulating, and the brick and tile buildings are staggered. It extends to the distance with a sense of rhythm, leaving enough space for the flow of people and a trace of mystery for tourists.

作为“八朝古都”的开封也从不缺乏文人骚客的赞誉，在开封生活二十余载岁月的北宋著名诗人李清照，就曾在北宋朝廷分崩离析，辗转南逃途中写下“待得群花过后，一番风露晓妆新。东城边，南陌上，正日烘池馆，竟走香轮。”怀念昔日开封全城晚春时节争相观赏牡丹的盛景；市井称誉为“凡有井水处，皆能歌柳词”的诗人柳永也曾为开封留下“露花倒影，烟芜蘸碧，灵沼波暖”的名句。
