Alexander& Co is a Sydney-based architectural practice founded in 2013 by local up-and-coming designer Jeremy Bull, specializing in both commercial and residential projects. Due to the founder's love for painting art, he developed a strong interest in art exploration in the process of study, and established that art has an irreplaceable position in his life.

Pacific住宅是一座始建于20世纪90年代的私人住宅，Alexander &CO通过结合现状对其进行翻修，将大部分的原始砖块结构保留了下来，使新旧之间产生联系，同时为住宅注入了新的生命力。事务所还为住宅制定了一个全新的规划方案，顺畅的路径动线和舒适的空间布局、精致的纹理与俏皮的设计形式，丰富了居住的日常体验。
Pacific House, a private home originally built in the 1990s, was renovated by Alexander &CO by keeping most of the original brick structure intact, creating a connection between old and new while breathing new life into the home. The architects also developed a new planning scheme for the house, with smooth path and comfortable spatial layout, delicate texture and playful design form, enriching the daily experience of living.

Originally born in Adelaide and known for its dynamic character and productive subversive ideology, Lo&Co has opened another new location in Sydney, marking the market recognition of Lo&Co in the Australian market. Although the new store covers just 20 square metres, the space is simple and functional, while paying tribute to the brand's evolution and reflecting an understanding of the dynamic nature of a growing business and the possibility of adapting to it in the future.

It is a mixed family house, defined by the objective needs of work, family living and site factors. For Alexander &CO, it is a place where they can practice their experimental ideas and make life and work more innovative within the established framework. At the same time, the house is presented in a way that is typical of Victorian architecture and speaks to its neighbors.
