AXH is an early 20th century building located in a historic residential area in Madrid, Spain. Febrero Studio retained its original structural features and the historical spirit of the site it wanted to convey. They sought to use materials and atmosphere to allow the occupants to enjoy a stop while highlighting the owner's taste in the art collection.
此外，住宅的外墙重新使用蓝色肌理涂料进行修复，作为内外呼应的颜色元素，它还出现于住宅内部房间的装饰面上。在更具有历史意义的一楼，由于之前的整修而彼此独立的空间被重新组合和安排，使其更加协调、统一，并保留和修复了原本的上下楼梯。

FEC公寓被Febrero Studio重新的翻修和改造，把原始的建筑体完全拆除，只保留了承重的混凝土支柱结构。为了使混沌的结构更加具有秩序感，一个中央模块被置入其中，用来容纳所有的空调和暖气设备。

The "wooden module" area is like a large piece of furniture, in which the sofa is placed to maximize the living area.
