OSTIM是一个位于土耳其/安卡拉的集中工业园区。园区内规划了一个致力于可持续研究和技术的生态园,希望能为园区推广区域效益,增加全球竞争力,并成为世界新能源和环境技术输出基地。
Design intentions
Ostim is an organized industrial region located in Ankara/Turkey. An Eco-Park for sustainable research and technology is planned for the region to promote sector stakeholders to compete in a global level and attain a position where they would export to the world new energy and environment technologies.
OSTİM生态园的主要设计目标是用最小的环境破坏为使用者创造一个愉快的共享空间。该项目的设计半人工半自然,为了保留基地大部分的绿化,基地中的山丘被用来布置办公室、会议室和车间,它们都位于绿色覆盖下的露台上。建筑位于场地南侧,是整个园区的地标,并与不同层次露台结构产生密切联系。露台建筑提供一个与自然亲密接触的工作空间,而建筑前面大的室外空间可以进行一系列活动,例如研讨会或者可持续发展实验。生态园与其他的工作环境不同,突出合作与交流的重要性。
The primary design decision in Ostim Eco-Park was to create a pleasant sharing space for its users with minimum interference to the nature. The project, designed in the intersection of man-made and natural, aims to leave most of the site to the green therefore the hill in the site is used for housing offices, conference and workshop spaces in terraces underneath the green texture. The building situated on the south of the site is designed as a landmark for the area and is in close contact with the terrace structures in different levels. The terrace buildings offer a working environment intertwined with nature while the large spaces in front of them provide a suitable place for a wide range of activities like workshops or sustainability experiments. Eco-Parks differ from other working environments by highlighting the importance of collaborations and exchange of ideas.
对于生态园来说,紧跟该领域最新发展脚步,团结起来,为一个更可持续的未来开发新的思路和技术尤为重要。在这样的环境下,OSTİM生态园设计鼓励在城市规划和建筑尺度上的合作,提供体验和分享发展的机会,并为员工创建一个鼓舞人心的工作环境。
It is very crucial for Eco-Park organizations to follow recent developments in the field, come together and develop new ideas and technologies for a more sustainable future. In this context, the project designed for Ostim Eco-Park encourages these collaborations both in urban and architectural scales, gives the opportunity to experiment and share vibrant developments and creates an inspiring working environment for the employees.
除了露台建筑里的会议室和会议大厅,主楼的红厅可能是用来合作与交流新思路最突出的聚会空间。这个场地将演变成OSTİM生态园的标志性建筑,不只是生态园的员工,而是只要对可持续发展有兴趣的人,特别是OSTİM人员都可以在这里参与非官方交流、令人兴奋的沟通与思想交换。红厅通过空间分区,使其既能开展大型讨论会也能举行小型聚会。
Besides the conference and meeting halls in the terrace buildings, the red hall in the main building is probably the most prominent gathering space for collaborations and sharing new ideas. This venue will evolve into a landmark of Ostim Eco-Park where not only the Eco-Park employees but also everyone who is interested in sustainability and particularly Ostim personnel would benefit informal encounters, stimulating communication and exchange of ideas. The amphitheatre in the red hall is designed so that it can be used both for crowded events and smaller gatherings by dividing the space with partitions.
通过时尚和宽敞的设计,红厅已经成为生态园日常工作的一部分,这些归功于它开放式的空间设计、地理位置和功能,以及它的专属食堂。这有助于空间的功能集聚,此外还为这儿的员工提供了一个愉快的休息场所,他们可以尽情地放松,天马行空地交流。
With its sleek and spacious design the red hall is a part of everyday working life of the EcoPark with its open space design, location and function and its private cafeteria. This will serve to the gathering function of the space, furthermore provide a pleasant place for workers where they can just relax and enjoy a stimulating conversation.
可持续性标准
OSTİM生态园项目在设计过程中纳入了各种可持续特性,同时通过改善照明、通风、供暖、视觉舒适度和室内空气质量等措施,确保客户的满意度和有效性。建筑的照明和温度控制是通过放置在外墙的传感器感应的。系统并不完全自动化,因为研究显示,对室内环境质量的控制可以提高工作效率。
然而,这可能导致不必要的能量消耗。因此会特别注意安装系统来平衡这两方面的需求。动态照明系统通过模拟自然光满足办公环境下不同活动需要的不同的照明质量。在露台结构中,遮阳设备用的更加频繁,因为建筑正面朝西。遮阳设备同样被应用在主楼,特别是南立面。此外,立面还支持滑动网状面板为建筑其他所需部分提供遮阳。把办公室布置在两个廊道中间,为供热制冷提供缓冲区,而它的玻璃幕墙能让办公空间自然采光。照明和温度控制也可以通过植物来实现。落叶乔木能够在冬季提供更多光照,在夏季提供更多遮荫。地热热泵也为生态园的供热制冷服务。在这个系统中,管道埋在地下,里面的液体与地面大约10℃的温度差,可以将热能传递地面或从地面吸收热能。太阳能增益可能不能有效地供热制冷却可以为地热热泵提供足够的能量。因此这样一个混合动力系统可以完美解决供热制冷而不需要任何额外的能量消耗。
SUSTAINABILITY CRITERIA
Ostim Eco-Park project incorporates various sustainable features in its design as well as measures for improved lighting, ventilation, heating, visual comfort and indoor air quality to ensure user satisfaction and efficacy The lighting and temperature control in the buildings are provided by sensors placed on the façade. The system is not fully automated since studies show that having control over the indoor environment quality increases working efficiency.
Nevertheless this can lead to unnecessary energy consumption. Consequently special attention will be given for the installed system to balance these two requirements. A dynamic lighting system simulating natural light is considered for various activities in an office environment requiring different lighting qualities. In the terrace structures solar shading are used more frequently since the façade is facing the west. Solar shades are similarly used especially on the southern façade of the main building. Additionally the façade is supported with sliding mesh panels providing shade for the desired portion of the building. Placing the office space inbetween two corridors create a buffer zone for heating and cooling, and the glass façade of office space enable natural light to penetrate inside. Lighting and temperature control is also achieved through vegetation. Deciduous trees enable more light in winter and shade during summer. Heating and Cooling Geothermal Heat Pumps are considered for the heating and cooling of the Eco-park. In this system, pipes buried underground containing liquids with approximately 10oC temperature difference, transfer heat to or from the ground. Solar energy gain may not be efficient for heating or cooling however they can provide enough energy for geothermal heat pumps to function. Consequently a hybrid system will resolve heating and cooling without any additional energy consumption.
露台建筑的屋顶绿化有助于建筑物的隔离和改善空气质量,同时降低空气温度,减少热岛效应。这样的设计也为整个基地形成了自然纹理的连续性。对于建筑物的通风和供暖,办公区域两侧的走廊系统会在冬季利用温室效应原理从而为办公环境供热。走廊里的暖空气,通过通风口在办公区域流通,进而提供被动供暖。在夏季,只要打开立面的窗户就能达到通风的目的了。对生态园来说热回收通风系统非常值得推荐,因为这些系统可以在高效通风的同时保持室内空气的温度。当室内CO2浓度超过1000ppm时会自动激活CO2传感器,以创造更好的室内空气质量,从而提高用户满意度和工作效率。
The green roofs of the terrace buildings contribute to the isolation of the building and to improved air quality, helping as well to lower air temperatures and combat the heat island effect. This design also creates a continuation of natural texture throughout the site. For the ventilation and heating of the building, the corridor system on both sides of the office block creates a greenhouse effect in winter thus contribute to heating of the environment. The warm air in the corridors is circulated in working spaces through air vents and provides passive heating. In summer, by opening the windows on the façade natural ventilation is attained. Heat recovery ventilation systems are recommended for Eco-Park since these systems create high efficiency ventilation while maintaining indoor air temperature. The automated CO2 sensors activated by CO2 concentrations above 1000 ppm create a better indoor air quality thus endorse user satisfaction and working efficiency.
雨水和中水
在基地里收集的雨水和中水将被重新利用。这些水将通过简单的机械过滤器净化并被用于景观的一种高效滴灌系统。另外节水厕所、无水小便器、低流量水龙头和节水管道装置都有助于节约用水。主楼南侧的水池也是专为雨水收集而设计的。该池也可用于水纹研究实验或栽培水生植物生物燃料。
Rain Water and Grey Water
The rain water and grey water collected on the site will be reused for the complex. This water will be purified by a simple mechanical filter and will be used for the irrigation of the landscape with a high efficiency drip irrigation system. Additionally low-flow toilets, waterless urinals, low-flow faucets and water-efficient plumbing fixtures all contribute to water savings. The pool positioned on the southern side of the main building is designed for the collection of rain water. This pool can also be used for experimentations on hydro-culture or cultivating plants for biofuel.
