这个项目是中国长沙市场上定位大众消费反响很好的一个餐饮品牌，客户的运作模式都已成熟，我们和客户也合作多次，彼此相互了解，在项目开始阶段，我们需要解决的是满足客户对于座位数和室内分区的要求，接下来偏是风格的探讨，客户想要的是一个LOFT风格的就餐环境，我们想打造一个有着湖南西南部文化结合工业感的空间，最终，客户接受了我们的建议。
我们思考的是在中国上世纪那个大的政治背景下，中国的地域文化里有一段是伴随着工业厂房的出现，全民大炼钢铁，这是那个时代辉煌而悲壮的印记，正因为地域风情和工业感交织在一起，并经过时间冲刷掉那份突兀，使地域的肌理变的层次丰富起来，代表着湖南西南的竹编、服装图案、麻布、民间艺术和家具、水泥和钢铁，就这样被搭配在一起，只是作为这些文化的载体和表现手法我们做了重构，竹编的的竹条被扁铁取代，装鱼用的竹篓被改装成灯具，服装图案被做成地砖，民间绘画被做成墙绘等，对于湖南文化熟悉的客户，会感受浓郁的湘西南风情。
This project is a foods brand oriented to mass consumption and with good reputation in Changsha market, China, and the operation mode of the customer has been matured, and I have cooperated with it for several times and there is deep understanding between 2 parties. In the beginning of the project, the problem was to meet the requirements of the customer upon the seat number and interior divisions, and then the discussion about style. The customer wanted a dinning environment with a LOFT style, and I wanted to form a room combining the culture in the southwest Hunan Province and industrial feeling, and finally the customer accepted our suggestion.
Our consideration is that under the Chinese overall political background in the last century and with the merging of industrial workshops, there was mass smelting steel in the Chinese regional culture, which was a grand and tragic mark of the times. Just for the local culture and the industrial feeling combine with each other and after the towering is washed out by time, the levels of the local texture are richened. The bamboo weaving, garment pattern, linen and folk arts representing the Southwest Hunan Province match with the furniture, cement and steel, restructured by us as the carriers and expressions of culture. The bamboo strips in bamboo weaving are replaced by flat iron, the bamboo basket reformed as lamps, garment pattern represented in floor tiles, folk pictures represented in wall paintings and so on. The customers familiar with Hunan culture will experience the rich style of the Southwest Hunan Province.
