Aedas-AECOM is the JV Lead Consultant responsible for the preliminary and detailed design of the Express Rail Link - West Kowloon Terminus. The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link, connecting Hong Kong to the National High Speed Rail Network, will further enhance the strategic position of Hong Kong as the southern gateway of China.
