Creating a space that fosters Connected Thinking was the theme ofthedesign. Providing a training centre for staff to break them fromthesometimes unavoidable routine of their business and actuallyinteract,inspire and collaborate with each other. This was solved bygivingconnective spaces special attention in the design and planning.Anotherchallenge was designing a creative, collaborative space in anarea thatis primarily industrial. This was achieved by allowing a lotof naturallight to get through and giving as many people a view ofspectacularVictoria Harbour as possible.
