本案项目位于广州市白云区人和村，距广州市区20公里，东邻竹料、南接龙归、西傍江高，既是各大城际的交通枢纽，同时也是城乡之边际。这里的居民大部分为外来人口，生活的压力迫使他们早早认同了这种城市边缘人的身份，对生活以及环境的要求也自然降到了最低…艺术与美学在这里显然并不是必须的，不但稀缺，甚至可以说是空白的。

The project is located in Renhe Village,Baiyun District, Guangzhou. It is 20 kilometers away from the urban area of Guangzhou. It is near Zhuliao in the east, Longgui in the south, and Jianggaoin the south. It is a transportation hub between major cities, and it is also the margin of urban and rural areas. Most of the dwellers here are migrants.The pressure of life forces them to recognize the identity of the city'smarginal people early on. The requirements for life and the environment are naturally reduced to the minimum. Art and aesthetics are obviously not necessaryhere, not only scarce, and it can even be said to be blank.

但作为建筑空间的建造者，对于社会而言，直接看是解决了衣食住行中“住”的问题，实际它是文化的记录者，同时也是美学的传播者，它的使命在于为使用者承载情感，激发起人们对生活的热爱与敬畏。

However, as a builder of architectural space, for the society, it is a method to the problem of “living”. However, actuallyit is a record maker of culture and also a communicator of aesthetics. Its mission is to carry emotions for users. Inspire people'slove and respect for life.

对于这个小产权公寓项目，我们不甘于只作为传统公寓空间的贩卖者，我们更希望能够售卖一种触手可及的全新的生活理念。从项目开始之初，我们就希望从建筑本体开始，为人和村的居民重新定义“生活”二字。有道“斯是陋室，惟吾德馨”，体面的生活，从来和金钱、阶层、房子的大小…没有绝对的关系，而更多的是关乎精神层面的追求。生活纵然再多不易，我们仍可心存感激，用有限的资源和条件回馈生活。新居可购，生活可期，每个人都有选择过上体面生活的自由。这是本案的立意所在，更是我们设计的初衷。

For this small condominium project, we areunwilling to be a mere seller of traditional apartment space. We also hope tobe able to sell a completely new concept of life that is within reach. From thebeginning of the project, we hope to redefine the definition of “life” for the villageresidents starting from the construction of the architecture. A saying “My homeis humble, But it enjoys the fame of virtue so long as I am living in it",which illuminates how your live is going, is not totally base on fortune,society status and the size of house, but more about the spiritual level of thepursuit. Whenever life gets harder, we can still be grateful and give back to life with limited resources and conditions. New homes can be purchased, lifecan be expected, and everyone has the freedom to choose a decent life. This iswhere the idea of this case lies. It is the original intention of our design.

由于该案从营销定位、设计概念、建造实施到正式开放，整个周期客户给予的时间只有不到40日，并且委托方希望能让该项目成为整个区域的地标式建筑。这样的设计要求和条件对我们也是前所未有的挑战。

Due to the marketing strategy, design concept, construction and implementation of the case, and the official openingof the case, the entire period of time given by the customer was less than 40days, and the commissioning party hoped to make the project a landmark buildingof the entire region. Such design requirements and conditions are also unprecedented challenges for us.

因此我们毅然放弃了传统型销售中心的繁复的布局和装饰性极强的设计模式，并借鉴了展览展示性设计施工周期短，施工工艺单一快捷的原理，采用最少的设计语言去满足综合消费和使用需求，无论是工艺还是色彩和材料，我们都只保留最基础最核心的内容，用唯一性替代多样性。将极简发挥到极致后，却惊喜地发现最终呈现的效果反而能最大限度地接近我们设计的初衷。

Therefore, we resolutely gave up thecomplicated layout and highly decorative design mode of the traditional sales center, and borrowed from the principle of short exhibition constructionperiod, single and quick construction process, and adopted the least design language to meet the comprehensive consumption and The use of demand, whetherit is technology or color and materials, we only retain the most basic and corecontent, replacing diversity with uniqueness. After bringing simplicity to theextreme, it was pleasantly surprised to find that the final presentation of the results could be as close as possible to the original intention of our design.

项目位置邻近广州白云机场，空乘人员将是这个小区的主流群体。年轻、快捷、高效、国际化是这个群体的特征。设计师从天空、白云、飞翔中得到灵感，通过对建筑遮阳体系的重塑，打造出巨大的白色网眼金属新立面，模仿高空中的云层，将一切烦扰的事物隔绝于外，仅允许自然光线穿入，让人在这个空间中感知联想万里尺度，光动人移，纯粹静谧。被网眼切割成点点光斑的阳光撒入空间，光影随着时间的流动形成如“云上光舞”般的画面，此时的光俨然成为了空间艺术的一部分。

The project location is neighbor on Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, and the flight attendants will be the mains treamgroup of this community. Young, fast, efficient, and international are the characteristics of this group. Designers are inspired by the sky, white cloudsand flying. Through the reshaping of the building's shading system, they havecreated a huge new facade of white mesh metal, imitating the clouds in the sky,and isolating all the disturbing things. Only natural Light penetrates, and people perceive the tens of thousands of miles of scale in this space. Light moves and pure silence. The sunlight that has been cut into small spots by themesh is scattered into the space. Light and shadow form a picture like “dancingon a cloud” over time. The light at this time has become a part of space art.

白色的金属与水泥浇筑的墙壁两种材质早就被干净利落的空间背景，蜿蜒有致的白色盘旋装置赋予建筑新的空间秩序，曲线缠绕起落有致，用线条流动空间，打破空间固化的生硬凝结，让本不算开阔的空间变得生动有趣。装置的线性缠绕方向，从视觉上便将参观者从入口引领至前台及洽谈区。

White metal and concrete pouring walls have long been neatly arranged in the background of space. The sturdy white coilingdevice gives the building a new spatial order, and the curves wind up and down,using the lines to flow the space to break the solidification of the solidified space. , to make this space not be open and interesting. The linear winding direction of the device visually guides visitors from the entrance to the front desk and the negotiation area.

盘旋装置的造型灵感亦来自于天空被飞机划过的云层，带出一抹飘逸的云雾，最终轻盈落地。这个纯白蜿蜒的装置形式，寓意着天际翱游的游子亦如侯鸟般，飞翔再远最终也要落地归巢，而“凤和新城”便是最好的栖息居所。

The shape of the hovering device was als oinspired by the clouds that the sky was straddled by the plane. It brought outa cloud of mist and finally landed lightly. This pure white form of installation symbolizes that the sky-travelling wandering is also like amigratory bird, flying in the end will eventually return to the nest. The“Fenghe New Town” is the best place to live.

从技术层面来看，这组流线不仅点亮了整个空间，并且将建筑楼原有的缺陷——门口的柱子通过轻盈的流线缠绕巧妙地弱化了。

From a technical point of view, thisstreamline not only lightens the entire space, but also subtly weakens theoriginal defects of the building, the pillars at the entrance, through a lightstreamline winding.

墙面上的灯光设置与空间装置线性呼应，垂直相交，星光与白云的概念得以延伸，这个650平方米的空间与浩瀚星空人为联系在一起，营造出一处与城市压抑生活截然不同的建筑空间。

这个空间，让新的业主与老的居民“人和·共生”，让新的空间在原有建筑的框架上涅槃而生。

The lights setting on the wall echoeslin early with the space devices intersect perpendicularly, and the concept ofstarlight and white clouds is extended. This 650-square-meter space is connected with the vast sky and creates a space that is totally different from the city's suppression of life. This space allows new owners and old residents to “live together” to allow new spaces to emerge from the framework of the original building.
