《合一墅》HY·House
轻风过耳，绿叶沙沙，花香悠悠 Breeze slightly sweeps over ears, green leaves rustle and flowers give off fragrance. 屋外四季交替 屋内家人合一 Four seasons alternate outside the house; it integrates with live inside the house.
走进一楼入户大门，庭院景观运用写意的造景手法,讲究在依山傍水之地,小桥人家、曲径通幽。动静结合，竹影婆娑，水波粼粼，以小中见大的格调，塑造咫尺山水的格调。一步亦景，移步易景，隔窗望景，另有别致讲究。 Walking into gate on 1F, the courtyard landscape is adopted with enjoyable building technique; situated at the foot of hills and beside streams and bridge, it is on twisted paths through twilight shades. In combination of dynamics and statics, the shadow of bamboo whirls and water wave ripples; and the style of mountains and rivers is shaped in form of "much in little". One step forwards is a scenery, and it changes with your another step. Taking views from window is an unique enjoyment.
乾隆游苏州时，曾有《狮子林得句》：“谁谓今日非昔日，端知城市有山林。”这“今日之昔日”、“城市之山林”的古雅与清秀。在此处展示的淋漓尽致。远看花园还有一轮明月，圆满合一。 Qianlong once sighed when traveling in Suzhou: "Composition for Lion Grove Garden" --- "who says today is not better than the former day, I haven't known it until I see Lion Grove Garden in this city." The classic elegance and comeliness are thoroughly manifested here. There is a bright moon in the garden from a far view, which is satisfactory and perfect.

设计起始我们考虑的是：如何让生活和美学和谐统一？ 如何凝聚空间的形和神（设计灵魂）？ 如何把美的生活态度与空间完全融合？ At the beginning of design, we considered: How to unify life and aesthetics harmoniously? How to agglomerate the form and spirit of space (design soul)? How to integrate the life attitude of beauty and space completely? 幸运的是《合一墅》的主人HY先生和女士对美好生活的向往深深的感动到我们了，并且用实际行动全力配合着项目的落地。美好的生活态度需要用实践来证明，需要不断的提升自己的修为，最终回归自己的内心。整套设计主要以白色、灰黑色、线条与块面，独立又相近，相融统一于整体的空间结构与气质，也将现代设计的简约之美引至更深的境地，干净的颜色配以暖白的灯光使整个空间感觉写意并且踏实. Fortunately, we are deeply moved by Mr. and MS. HY's yearning for wonderful life, who are the master of "HY·House" and fully cooperate with the project implementation by practical action. A good life attitude needs to be proved by practice, and needs to constantly upgrade cultivation and finally return to hearts. The overall design is mainly composed of white, dark gray, lines and block surfaces, which is both independent and close; it is integrated into the holistic spatial structure and temperament and also brings the simple beauty of modern design to a deeper sense; the matching of clean color with warm white light makes the whole space freehand and dependable. 犹如林语堂的一句话“设计就是如此，身在其中” It's just as Lin Yutang's sentence, "design is like this, you're inside it."
客厅空间的黑白灰搭配，让空间感觉如此简单、安静、沉稳、电视墙和地面的细节处理不经意间触动人心，黑白的圈边增加了几分的动感，茶几上的酡红方块就像是水墨画上的落印。 Black - white collocation of the living room makes the space simple, quiet and steady; the details of TV wall and ground inadvertently touch your heart; the black and white coil sides add a bit of dynamics; and red squares on teapoy are like the imprint on wash paintings.
沙发背后的那匹黑马栩栩如生，感觉正向你走来。。。。。 It seems that the lifelike dark horse behind the sofa walks slowly towards you. 对于生活的精益求精不仅可以增加空间的乐趣，客厅的右边恰好面朝花园，一片特大的落地窗里面呈现着一副白天郁郁葱葱的绿色还是夜晚静谧灯光的花园，都是一幅实时而动的画面，它才是客厅真正的主角。 The constant perfection pursuit for life cannot only increase the fun of space; the right side of the living room just faces the garden; both the luxuriantly green plants shown in the large floor window and quiet garden in night are dynamic pictures in real time; it is the real protagonist in the living room.
我们怀着对生活的由衷热爱，对品质生活思考，用冷静和艺术的方式表达出来。无论是家具还是艺术品，都应该在真实的生活场景中拥有生命，一张餐桌，只有在家人其乐融融地分享美食时才会更动人，一张沙发，在爱人依偎在旁时才能更舒适。生活，总是令人无限着迷。 We express in a calm and artistic way with our sincere love for life and consideration for quality life. Both the furniture and art shall own lives in real life. A table can be moving only when the family happily to share dishes. A sofa can be more comfortable when lover is snuggled up. Life is always fascinating. 对于居家生活来讲，理想中的厨房，一定是开放式，有岛台，够明亮，窗外不是菜园两亩，就是一片海景。白色的橱柜加上黑色线条的描边，黑色的条形吊灯给空间增加了几分的律动。 For home life, the ideal kitchen must be open type with bright enough insular shelf. It must be a garden or sea outside the window. White cabinet with black lines and black striped light add a bit of rhythm to space. 何谓动感了？当你开起窗户，微风入窗，带起条形灯的摆动，犹如指尖起伏的黑白钢琴键盘，弹奏一曲《夏天的风》。 What is the sense of dynamics? When you open the window, the breeze enters the window and swings the striped light, just like the undulating black and white piano keyboard, playing a piece of "summer wind".
餐厅与西厨相连，临窗是户外花园，景色宜人，有漂亮的腊梅树，也有诗意的紫竹。建筑师诺尔曼·福斯特曾说：“自然光总是在不停变化着，可以使建筑富有特征”，在特定空间中，自然的光和影是最丰富的语言和最动人的表情，它们与物产生化学反应，可以创造出戏剧性的环境。 The dining room is connected with western kitchen. Near the window is an outdoor garden with pleasant scenery, beautiful plum trees and poetic black bamboo. Architect Norman Foster once said: "natural light is always changing and makes a building characteristic." In a particular space, natural light and shadow are the most abundant language and most moving expressions, which have chemical reactions with substances and create a dramatic environment .
男孩房位于别墅二层，朝北有一个看花园的阳台，朝南没有窗户，为此在平面布局时他将衣帽间开了一个窗户，这样，可以保证卧室的空气对流，同时增加自然采光，入口的开放式书房。灰黑色的木质墙板与暖灰的墙纸，营造出空间简约舒适的基调。墙上的装饰画星空梦幻熊的蓝色背景和床头的月球灯再搭配上蓝色的床上用品，小男孩的私人空间就这么缪缪几笔，变构成了一个曼妙空间，浩瀚星空下的小男孩成长历程就在此起航。 The boy's room is on 2F. There is a balcony for viewing garden in north and no window in south. Therefore, a window is opened from the cloakroom for cross-ventilation of bedroom and increasing the natural lights. The open study at the entrance is equipped with dark gray wood wallboards and warm gray wallpapers, creating a simple and comfortable tone of space. On the wall are decorative picture "starry sky", blue background of dream bear and moon lamp at head of bed; the succinct layout of boy's private space turns into a wonderful space; and his course of growth will sail here.
位于顶楼的主卧也拥有通彻明亮的落地窗，设计模糊了室内与室外的概念，让空间和景致的互通流动变得顺其自然，推开落地窗一个超赞的露天阳台，各样的花草，营造了一个别致的私人空中花园景象。室内是一个简约的空间，主人可以躺在床上，看见空中花园的景观，享受着远离喧嚣的私密浪漫。 The master bedroom on the attic also has a bright floor window; the design blurs the indoor - outdoor concept and makes the interoperability of space and scenery natural. When you open the floor window, a fantastic outdoor balcony and diverse flowers and plants create a unique private garden for you. Inside the room is a simple space, you can lie on the bed, appreciating the landscape of air garden and enjoying the private romance.
主卧拥有通透的采光，这让整个空间都温暖起来。此外木色的地板、利落的墙面、毫无冗赘的家具相搭配，似乎是在传递一种心境：学会看轻繁华，才能心有静气。“关于主人房间的设计，我们兼具舒适与雅致，从细节着手，”讲究屋内和屋外的互动性，讲究原始建筑结构的合理利用，原有建筑层高的合理利用让空间的层高和气势一下子提升了N个档次，再加上自然光的合理利用提升了这里的整体空间的舒适度。 The master bedroom has permeable lighting, which makes the overall space warm. Moreover, the matching of wood-colored floors, neat walls and arranged furniture seems to convey a mood: undervaluing prosperity makes mind calm. "The design for master room is both comfortable and elegant, starting from details," it focuses on the internal and external interaction as well as the rational utilization of original building structure, which rises the floor height and momentum; and the rational use of natural light promotes the comfort of the whole space.
经过三楼主卧室衣帽间的过道，是一个漂亮的梳妆区，径直往里走便是主卧卫生间，过道尽头坐落着一个曲线优雅的浴缸，犹如一个漂亮的工艺品。 Walking through the aisle of cloakroom of master bedroom on 3F, a beautiful dressing area will come into your view; going straight and you will see the bathroom of master bedroom; a graceful bathtub is located at the end of aisle, just like a beautiful handicraft.
达芬奇曾说过，“简单是终极的复杂。” 让一切变得简单， 是人类内心的本性使然。 把极简运用到我们的卫生间里， 居然可以好看的这么过分。 别再让拥挤的空间， 承担不该有的脏乱差 当待在卫生间里也变成一种享受，空间美学，生活美学一步步完成 生活就应该如此去用心对待
Da Vinci once said, "simplicity is the ultimate complexity." To make everything simple is the nature of human heart. The minimalist allows our bathroom to be unexpectedly wonderful. Don't let the crowded space bear the dirty and mess. When staying in the bathroom becomes an enjoyment, the space aesthetics and life aesthetics are completed step by step.
