项目信息： 项目地址：苏河鼎城 项目面积：165㎡ 项目风格：简约法式 设计机构：一道设计 设计主创：叶婷、李银
功能改造: /原始空间缺大宅空间即视感，空间动线、功能不够明确/
原始户型进门、走道狭长。 餐厅面积小，宽度太窄。 厨房面积偏小，不开阔。 卧室动线功能需重新梳理。 卫生间无采光和通风。
/合理规划区域，提高空间利用率/ 拆除储藏间，重新定义门厅及餐厅区域； 原本进门正对的是内凹的阴角L 型转折墙面，背后是一个卧室空间，我们想打破阴角的边界关系，在两个墙面转角处断开，中间做一个艺术玻璃隔断，让视线和墙面材质有一个向内的延伸感，更重要的是让进门亮起来，让背后卧室的阳光通过玻璃引入进来，打开门的瞬间就可以感知到眼前一片明亮，用光影来营造有温度的空间氛围，从而来间接的影响和改变人的情绪。 打开阳台弥补中厨面积小设置西厨、电器高柜、吧台区，综合多功能区；重新梳理空间的动线及功能布置； 主卧室和内卫调整空间结构，实现卫生间三分离设计，提升使用品质。
/客厅 LIVINGROOM
作为家里的核心区域之一，客厅是容纳一家人活动的场所。造型简约的家具和极致简单的电视背景墙为全家人腾出了足够的区域。
As one of the core areas of the home, the living room is the place to accommodate the family's activities. The minimalist-shaped furniture and the extremely simple TV backdrop make enough area for the whole family.
墙面和吊顶都有细致的雕花，细微之处彰显优雅浪漫。
The walls and ceiling are meticulously carved, with subtleties that reveal elegance and romance.
布艺，皮质，这些材质足够温暖舒适，即便金属加入也不会冲淡空间的温度，反增几分时尚气息。
Fabric, leather, these materials are warm and comfortable enough, even if metal is added will not dilute the temperature of the space, but add a few fashionable atmosphere.
干净的沙发背景墙被用作收纳，展示区书架用黑色凸显，质感十足。
The clean sofa back wall is used as storage, and the display area is highlighted in black for a textured look.
/餐厅 DININGROOM 餐桌是空间的一大亮点。一抹黄色娇嫩亮眼，让优雅的黑白空间立刻俏皮活泼起来。
The dining table is one of the highlights of the space. A touch of yellow is delicate and bright, making the elegant black and white space immediately playful and lively.
万物皆有裂痕，那是光照进来的地方。餐厅一角狭长的玻璃墙为空间引来自然光，小小的空间也没有浪费，置物架无论是放上工艺品还是摆上一盆花，都会充满诗情画意。
Everything has cracks, that's where the light comes in. The narrow glass wall in one corner of the dining room draws natural light into the space, and the small space is not wasted. The shelves are full of poetry whether you put artifacts or a potted flower.
/厨房 KITCHEN
热爱生活的业主少不了中西两个厨房。中厨烹饪温情，西厨制造情调。
A homeowner who loves life can't live without two kitchens: Chinese and Western. The Chinese kitchen cooks warmth and the Western kitchen creates mood.
面朝阳光的西厨还可以做水吧，品茶静思放空自我，是爱茶业主首选的休闲区。
The west kitchen facing the sunlight can also be used as a water bar to sip tea and meditate, which is the preferred leisure area for tea-loving owners.
/主卧 BEDROOM 休憩空间清爽简约，拥有大而时尚的衣帽间和充足的储物空间。简单实用的小桌可用来临时看书，也可以做简易的梳妆台。
The bedroom is refreshingly simple, with a large and stylish checkroom and ample storage space. The simple and practical small table can be used for temporary reading or as a simple dressing table.
/卫生间 BATHROOM
自然光线充足的洗手间以黑色为主色也毫无压力。大理石的纹理自带水墨画效果，质感无与伦比；洗手台分散的光线与白色搭配，与黑色碰撞，视觉效果拔群。
The natural light of the bathroom with black as the main color is also no pressure. The marble texture comes with ink painting effect, the texture is unparalleled; the sink disperses the light with white and collides with black, the visual effect is outstanding.
