设计师喜爱有沉淀的老旧物件，而女主人喜欢黑白分明的现代风格，生活不应该被固定模式所束缚。业主为90后夫妻，此房子作为近五六年过渡房。夫妻俩希望厨房收纳空间比较充足；方便日常工作，最好能有工作台；卧室能满足较大的衣帽储物。无论什么职业，都需要一个自己的专属空间得以休憩放松。真正能够静下心来陪伴家人，整理心情的空间，才是给人以温柔和滋养的空间。 入口玄关处的收纳系统，隐藏了杂物收纳，原始户型的几何空间，作为日常的工作台。 The storage system at the entrance hallway hides the storage of miscellaneous items and the geometric space of the original apartment. It can also be used as a daily workbench.
02.厨房&餐厅 | Kitchen & Dining Room
业主夫妻热爱料理烹饪，喜欢喝茶、咖啡，希望厨房有足够的收纳空间，能够放下各地淘来的厨具、餐具、茶杯等。原始的厨房面积仅有4m2，利用通道重叠功能，打造出全新的餐厨空间。 The owner and his wife love cooking. They like to drink tea and coffee. So they hope that the kitchen has enough storage space to put away the kitchen utensils, tableware, tea cups, etc. bought from all over the world. The original kitchen area is only 4m2. We will use the channel overlap function to create a brand-new dining and kitchen space.
整空间的墙面、天花统一采用艺术漆，让视线更加开阔避免压抑。整个阳台朝向西方，傍晚阳光充足，利用墙面略深的色调及质感，柔和光线，降低阳光在空间中的漫反射。 We uniformly use artistic paint for the walls and ceilings of the entire space to make the sight more open and avoid depression. The entire balcony faces the west and is sunny in the evening. We use the slightly darker tone and texture of the wall to soften the light to reduce the diffuse reflection of sunlight in the space. 纳入室内的阳台做了35cm的地台垫高，增加功能实用性，当有更多的朋友到访时，可用作会客的坐凳，也可用作落地窗旁一起欣赏夕阳西下的地台。 We made a 35cm height for the indoor balcony to increase the functionality and practicality. When more friends visit, it can be used as a stool to meet guests, or as a platform next to the floor-to-ceiling windows to enjoy the sunset.
极窄边框门的使用，在狭小的空间中，极大限度地弱化了门套线；整个房屋暗藏踢脚线，同样能够弥补层高不足的缺点。 We use a very narrow frame door, in a small space, greatly weakened the door line. We hide the skirting in the whole house, which can also make up for the shortcomings of insufficient floor height.
考虑到飘窗不可拆除，卧室面积受限，主卧将飘窗穿插变成了梳妆台和收纳展示的台面，对飘窗部分进行最大化利用。 Considering that the bay window cannot be removed and the bedroom area is limited, we interspersed the bay window in the master bedroom into a dressing table and storage display countertop, and maximized the use of the bay window.
05.多功能区 | Multifunctional Area 将次卧作为家里暂时的休闲娱乐空间，利用不可拆除的飘窗，衔接地台，设计了一整墙的收纳柜，增加了空间的使用频率和实用性，三五好友，也可以坐在阶梯上聊天畅谈。 We use the second bedroom as a temporary recreational space at home. By using the non-removable bay window to connect the grounding platform, we designed a whole wall storage cabinet to increase the frequency and practicality of the space. When a friend is visiting, everyone can also sit on the stairs and chat.
夫妻俩预计2年后会要宝宝，次卧可变成保姆照顾婴儿的休息空间，台阶的互动性，也可让观望婴儿的好友们围坐在此。 The couple expect to have a baby in 2 years. So the second bedroom can be turned into a resting space for the nanny to take care of the baby. The interactive nature of the steps also allows friends who are watching the baby to sit around here.
由于卫生间四周布满了承重墙，我们将生活阳台与其联通，打造出集家政、盥洗、淋浴等为一体的空间。利用三联动滑⻔将空间干湿分区，洗漱后，即可在此处完成洗衣、晾晒、折叠等一系列动作。 Since the bathroom is surrounded by load-bearing walls, we connect the living balcony with it to create a space integrating housekeeping, washing, and showering. We use three linkage slides to divide the space between dry and wet. After washing, the owner can complete a series of actions such as washing, drying and folding.
灯光也是本项目的重点，全屋采用无主灯设计。利用蓝牙控制整屋灯光，迎合家中的使用情况，各种模式随意切换。 Lighting is also the focus of this project. We use no main light design throughout the house. We use Bluetooth to control the lights of the whole house, which can cater to the usage in the home. At the same time, using Bluetooth can switch various modes at will.
客厅中的落地灯，是在北京的买手店淘来的意大利中古灯具。比起照明，它更像一件装置艺术，一个个方格子，更像建筑里的开窗，充满生机与好奇感。 The floor lamp in the living room is a middle-aged Italian lamp purchased from a buyer’s store in Beijing. It is more like an installation art than lighting. The squares are more like windows in buildings, full of vitality and curiosity.
