会呼吸的建筑，以时光为半径，耐心的安然的度过芳华，自然的能量打破空间隔阂，打破情感壁垒，人在建筑中，建筑在城市中，阅读着彼此，并逐渐融为一体。
A building that can breathe, with time as its radius, patiently and peacefully goes through its youth. Natural energy breaks spatial barriers and emotional barriers. People in the building, the building in the city, read each other, and gradually merge into one another.

人与书店的共生关系，由精神引领，由情感串联，这正是上野书屋设计上的思考重点。原本倾斜的建筑结构被矫正之后，空间的布局也被重组，人在书店中的行动轨迹与情感诉求也将重新梳理呈现。
The symbiotic relationship between people and bookstores is guided by spirit and connected by emotion, which is the focus of Ueno Bookhouse's design. After the original sloping building structure has been corrected, the layout of the space has been reorganized, and the action track and emotional appeal of people in the bookstore will be reorganized and presented.
在将近300平方米的书屋中，经营咖啡、书籍成为主要功能形态，在此基础上，将求知、会谈、休闲等多重体验融为一体，力求营造一个多元文化的复合城市空间。
In the library of nearly 300 square meters, coffee and books are the main functional forms. On this basis, knowledge seeking, talks, leisure and other multiple experiences are integrated, striving to create a multi-cultural complex urban space.
△树脂玻璃与木结构相结合
书屋一楼的阅读休闲区以木结构为主，凸显空间自然属性。温暖的木色沉淀光阴质感，营造出恰到好处的空间气质。屋顶方格造型酷似排列开来的书架，从立面到顶面的结构延伸，也是思想的无限延伸，赋予空间更多可以想象的期待。
The reading leisure area on the first floor of the library is mainly made of wood structure, highlighting the natural nature of the space. Warm wood color precipitation time texture, create a proper space temperament. The shape of the roof square is similar to the arranged bookshelf. The structure extends from the facade to the top, which is also the infinite extension of the thought, giving the space more imaginable expectations.
保留下来的老砖墙与亚克力塑造的吧台相呼应，新与旧碰撞出奇妙的化学反应。书香、木香、咖啡香，气味串联起的情感记忆，在时间的沁润下而愈发醇厚。
The preserved old brick walls echo the acrylic shaped bar counter, creating a wonderful chemical reaction between the old and the new. The emotional memory connected by the smell of books, wood and coffee becomes more and more mellow under the ooze of time.
利用书架背后的狭长区域，打造出一处私密阅读区，这里还原着过往，老砖与树藤缠绕，古典雕塑静置其中，仿若时光静止，原始却不失优雅。小窗刚好将天光投射到一人阅读的范围内，择一本好书，在此刻专注中回归自我。
The long and narrow area behind the bookcase is used to create a private reading area, where the past is restored. The old brick is entwined with tree vines, and the classical sculpture is placed in it, which looks like the time is still, primitive yet elegant. The small window just casts the sky light into the range of one person's reading. Pick up a good book and return to yourself in this moment of concentration.
从独立阅读区向外望去，恰巧可以看到旧锅炉改造的时光邮箱。上空随意垂直吊落的书页讲述着时光故事，亚克力元素在此处继续沿用，切割成旧石砖的形状，与原始墙面相融，所有景致交织在一起，并无规制，野生而长，演绎着独特的浪漫。
Looking out from the separate reading area, you happen to see an old boiler converted into a time box. The pages hanging vertically at will above tell the story of time. Acrylic elements continue to be used here, cut into the shape of old stone bricks, and blend with the original wall. All the scenery is interwoven together, without rules, wild and long, interpreting a unique romance.
有人说，评价一座城市文脉深浅，要看它有多少家书店。书店与城市，在时空的见证间相互表白与共生，走进一座城、记住一座城、爱上一座城……人们以书店作为可以承载集体记忆的温暖载体，探寻着城市的过去与未来。
It is said that the depth of a city's culture is judged by how many bookstores it has. Bookstores and cities express and co-exist with each other in the witness of time and space. Walk into a city, remember a city, and fall in love with a city... People use bookstores as a warm carrier of collective memory to explore the past and future of the city.

空间的转换带来心境的转变，通过现代手法呈现的楼梯简单纯粹，厚重的水泥阶梯与轻薄的钢化玻璃扶手，形成鲜明对比，阳光折射下的彩色光影牵引着城市阅读者从过去走向未来。秉持着探索之心，延阶而上抵达二楼区域。相较于一楼，这里更具现代感，回溯与展望同等重要。
The transformation of space brings the change of mood. The staircase presented by modern means is simple and pure. The thick cement ladder and the thin tempered glass handrail form a sharp contrast. In the spirit of exploration, proceed up the steps to the second floor area. Compared to the ground floor, it feels more modern, and it is as important to look back as it is to look forward.
大面积树脂玻璃被运用于二层多功能品读区，无论是工艺实施，还是造型呈现，都极具挑战性。虽使用的是新型材料，但设计团队以中国传统筑梁营造法式构建顶面，这份大胆的尝试极具时代思考意义。既可作为座椅、又可用于陈设的树脂方格参差排列，视觉节奏在安静的空间中延伸出活力。
A large area of plexiglass is used in the second floor multifunctional reading area, which is very challenging both in process implementation and modeling presentation. Although new materials are used, the design team uses traditional Chinese beams to create a French roof. This bold attempt is of great significance for thinking about The Times. The resinous squares, which can be used as seats and furnishing, are jarringly arranged, and the visual rhythm extends vitality in the quiet space.
人文性与艺术性好似卵生，人、空间、自然、艺术品，共同组成曼妙的相处关系，总有一个时刻能将其共频，在艺术的氛围中阅读，精神领域的双重探索更引人生趣。
Humanism and art are like eggs. People, space, nature and artwork form a delicate relationship together. There will always be a time when they can be in common.
平行时空中的多维展现，赋予当代城市独立书店新颖的认知，带来更为丰富的体验。在住区域两侧的狭长阅读区感知不同，一面秩序，一面灵动，一面理性，一面感性。
Independent bookstores are the silent soul of the city. The day-to-day life of the city eats up too much of the self, but people go to the bookstore to find the unique corner of the world that belongs to the heart.
VIP独立区域既可满足一人阅读需求，也兼顾好友聚会及社交的功能。区别于其他公共区域，这里更具舒适感，柔软的纯白沙发、线条随意的艺术画为读者营造自由惬意的阅读氛围，一抹橘色与窗外绿意盎然相生，蓬勃的生命力跃然向上。
VIP independent area can not only meet the needs of one person to read, but also take into account the functions of friends gathering and social networking. Different from other public areas, it is more comfortable. The soft pure white sofa and the artistic paintings with random lines create a free and comfortable reading atmosphere for readers. A touch of orange is mingled with the green outside the window, and the vigorous vitality is rising.

上野书屋整体建筑环境属于半遮挡的状态，室内与室外任意联通，一扇门一扇窗，开合之间，四时风景静静划过，坐在院子里、露台上，看婆娑树影斜射在斑驳墙面，影子随着光线变换成任意形状，风吹过书的扉页，摩擦出轻柔的沙沙声，有时细雨，却丝毫不影响好心情，从白天到入夜，每一个时刻都不忍惊扰。

"We are not all novels, nor are we all short stories. In the end, we become a collection of life works." People, buildings and cities constitute a complete story with fragments of memory. Every daily life based on reality and with longing for it casts a beautiful immortality in the long history.
