The Hamptons Modern House, set in a lush natural setting, was designed by Chango&Co for a family seeking a modern style. Minimalism is the core concept of the house design, but the Spaces for "parents" and "children" are given contrasting colors to differentiate the properties of the space and enliven the overall atmosphere of the house.
室内所有的开口都经过Chango＆Co的精心设计，将围绕在住宅周围的植被引入到室内，不仅模糊了室内外之间的界限使其成为特定空间的背景，还为居住者提供欣赏自然美景的绝佳视野。雕塑般的家具、饰品和配件在住宅中起到巧妙的点缀作用，其纹理和造型也丰富着空间的层次。
All of the openings in the interior have been carefully designed by Chango&Co to bring the vegetation that surrounds the house into the interior, blurring the boundary between inside and outside as a backdrop to a specific space and providing the occupants with excellent views of the natural beauty. Sculptural furniture, accessories and accessories play a clever role in the house, and their texture and shape also enrich the level of the space.

This three-story Renaissance-style townhouse in New York is a multi-dimensional residential space with a calm and spacious interior; The red brick facade is designed to preserve its connection to New York's rich history. It has a sense of calm that could not be more different from its Manhattan surroundings, walking the fine line between classic minimalism and modern living to suit the young family's vision of life.

The house's original iconic 1970s porch was retained by Chango & Co, while each space in the house was tailored to the needs of the family for growth, comfort and entertainment. The vertical direction is connected by an elongated stairwell that filters direct sunlight from the skylight on the top floor, allowing the spirit to flow naturally through the space.
