Esmee Restaurant is located in "Kings Square" in central Copenhagen, close to the Royal Danish Theatre and Charlottenborg Palace. Inspired by the Mediterranean, Esmee aims to pay homage to classic French dining culture and reinterpret the nostalgia of southern European restaurants in a modern way. The diversity between the main areas makes it an elegant and interesting place for customers to socialize.

The Mammertsberg Hotel and restaurant, located in a Swiss villa built in 1911, offers sweeping views of Lake Constance and two magnificent mountain ranges in the distance. Space Copenhagen sought to evoke the architectural form of its original wooden house through the movement of the design, while optimising the scheme according to the building's historical position and existing function, with the restaurant, bar and lounge on the ground floor connected by a massive spiral staircase.

Cozinha Das Flores is a restaurant and bar located in a 17th century building that incorporates traditional elements of Portugal and gives it a unique modern touch. A tile mural designed by architect Alvaro Siza is inserted into the space, adding vitality to the otherwise quiet atmosphere of the restaurant.

Blueness Restaurant is located in the fashionable centre of Antwerp, on the ground floor of a Renaissance building built in the 17th century. The interior's classical DNA blends with new Scandinavian design elements, while its layout offers diners a clear view of the cooking process in the open kitchen at the bespoke bar, or a peaceful candlelit dinner in the main dining room.
