从“观景”到“入景” 项目的核心立意源于对场地与居住本质的重新思考。常规设计往往追求“景观最大化”，将稀缺江景作为焦点，却使人被动成为观察者。我们试图提出一个不一样的思路：当风景成为常态，居住应回归何处？ 为此，我们改变了传统布局，有意不将江景作为视觉中心，而是把沙发临窗布置，引导视线回归室内空间。 对内，房主的日常活动——阅读、交谈、沉思、聚会——成为空间真正的主题，江景则化为宏大而静谧的背景，默默烘托室内的生活戏剧。对外，从江面或对岸远眺，这方通透的窗口呈现的不再是空荡的展示性空间，而是一幅持续流动、充满生命力的“人文风景画”。居住者本身，由此成为风景中最动人的部分。 The core concept of the project stems from a rethinking of the nature ofthe site and living. Conventional design often pursues "landscapemaximization" and focuses on scarce river scenery, but it makes peoplepassively become observers. We are trying to propose a different approach: whenscenery becomes the norm, where should living return to? For this reason, we have changed the traditional layout, intentionally notusing the river view as the visual center, but arranging the sofa by the windowto guide the line of sight back to the indoor space.Internally, the dailyactivities of the homeowner - reading, talking, contemplating, and gathering -become the true theme of the space, while the river view becomes a grand andtranquil background, silently enhancing the drama of indoor life. Externally,from the river or across the river, this transparent window no longer presentsan empty display space, but a continuously flowing and vibrant "humanisticlandscape painting". Pattern reorganization: Transform thefour bedroom apartment into a two bedroom apartment with a multi-functionalstudy (2.5 bedrooms), freeing up public space and forming an open andtransparent living core area. 2. Flow optimization: Ensure that thekitchen, dining room, and living room are on a smooth north-south axis,achieving efficient connectivity and visual extension. 3. Master bedroom sequence reconstruction:Connect the bedroom and balcony to expand the sense of space. 4. Adjust the direction of the mainbathroom entrance to face south towards the balcony, creating a progressiveexperiential flow of "sleeping area → sunnybalcony → main bathroom". 5. Entrance hall: Built using the originaloutdoor area to form an independent entrance changing room and perfect thehomecoming storage ceremony. 7. Kitchen: Open up the balcony andintegrate it into a dedicated laundry and housekeeping area, freeing up theinternal space of the kitchen and optimizing the flow of household chores. 6. Study: Adopting a hidden Murphy bed toachieve flexible switching between the study and temporary guest rooms.

▼客厅45度细部，Living room 45 degree detail ▼客厅看向餐厅细部，Living room looking towards dining room details 电视核心与洄游动线 当屋主行走、停留在走廊时，便融入视角焦点，空间与人也因此产生了偶然性。当书房联动门打开，电视成为衔接客厅与书房区域的视觉中心，延展了从沙发回望的景深。屋主在洄游动线中穿梭时，移门开合所展现的不同空间面貌，使每一次绕行都成为一次新的空间探索，丰富了空间中的的体验。 When the homeowner walks or stays in the hallway, they blend inwith the focal point of the view, creating a sense of contingency in the spaceand people. When the linked door of the study opens, the TV becomes the visualcenter connecting the living room and study area, extending the depth of fieldwhen looking back from the sofa. When the homeowner shuttles through themigratory route, the different spatial features displayed by the opening andclosing of the sliding door make every detour a new spatial exploration,enriching the experience in the space.

When this group of huge doorleaves smoothly open, it hides a huge all-around storage area.
▼客厅沙发，living room sofa 书房联动移门 书房的多扇联动移门，当其完全关闭，书房便成为一个专注或休憩的独立静室。当门扇被平行推开，书房与客厅、江景连成一体，视觉景深被极大延展。 The multiple linked sliding doors in the study become anindependent quiet room for concentration or relaxation when fully closed. Whenthe door is pushed open in parallel, the study, living room, and river view areintegrated, greatly extending the visual depth of field.

The seamless and instantaneous transitionbetween the two modes of "efficient meal preparation" and "opensocializing" has been achieved through one opening and one closing.
