杭州话里没有“喝”这个字，但凡与喝相关的统统以“吃”来称呼，所以喝茶叫做“吃茶”，喝咖啡叫做“吃咖啡“，喝酒便叫做“吃酒”。于是，“喝”这件原本素雅寡淡的事儿就变得温馨丰满充满烟火气。老店新开后的SUJIAN·万塘治茶更是衍生出一种新业态，不仅吃茶吃咖啡，还能吃到私房菜。
Hangzhou dialect does not have the word “drink”, but everything related to drinking is called “eating”, so drinking tea is called “eating tea”, drinking coffee is called “eating coffee”, and drinking wine is called “eating wine”. As a result, “drinking” this originally plain and light thing becomes warm and full of life atmosphere. Pain Points of Old SUJIAN
SUJIAN地处闹市，周边写字楼与住宅林立，往来人流密集。重装之前，SUJIAN主营喝茶，产品不错，客群稳定，但在日益经营中也逐渐呈现出痛点 — 其一，店铺缺乏整体规划，空间杂乱，采光不足，动线复杂；其二，环境“配不上”产品，面对日新月异的市场需求，希望通过升级来吸引更多的年轻客群，让“吃茶”变得时尚轻松。于是，设计提升便提上了日程。

SUJIAN is located in the downtown area, surrounded by office buildings and residential buildings, with dense flow of people. Before the reinstallation, SUJIAN had tea as its main business, with good products and stable customers. However, it gradually showed some pain points in the growing operation. First, the shop lacked overall planning, with chaotic space, insufficient lighting and complicated moving lines. Second, the environment “does not match” the product. Facing the ever-changing market demand, SUJIAN hope to attract more young customers by upgrading, so that “eating tea” becomes fashionable and easy. As a result, design upgrading is on the agenda.

去繁从简，引光入室
Less is more, leading light into house
SUJIAN所在商铺门脸小室内大，原本的入口处整面墙体将唯一的自然光源完全阻隔，中庭又有各类自建隔墙，导致店内阴暗压抑。设计中去繁从简，将沿街面上下两层的墙体打掉，并尽可能扩大中庭挑高空间，用以引入室外光线，同时室内选用浅色调，营造明亮开敞舒适的氛围。
The shop where SUJIAN works has a small door and a large interior. The entire wall of the original entrance completely blocks the only natural light source, and there are various self-built partitions in the atrium, resulting in gloom and depression in the store. To simplify the design, the wall of the two floors along the street side was knocked out and decorated with glass, the atrium was extended as far as possible to introduce the outdoor light, while the interior selected light colors to create a bright, open and comfortable atmosphere.

根据多重经营内容，合理分区
Reasonable partition according to multiple business content
根据SUJIAN的经营内容，我们将店铺重新分区，一楼为产品展示区和散客落座区；二楼为包厢区，可以提供团队会议、朋友聚会及私房菜。
According to the business content of SUJIAN, we have rezoned the store. The first floor is a product display area and a seating area for individual customers. The second floor is dining box area, which can provide team meetings, friends’ parties and private dishes.

一楼产品展示区拥有两层超高挑空，三盏2米多长的纸灯从顶部悬挂而下，简洁大气。售卖的茶叶、器皿等整齐陈列于展台上，以环境烘托产品，营造品质生活的氛围。
The product exhibition area has a space with two storey height, three paper lamps more than 2 meters long hang down from the top, which is simple and atmospheric. The tea and utensils for sale are neatly displayed on the booth and create an atmosphere of quality life.

客人们可以落座于右侧的吧台，从齐整的茶柜抽屉里选出中意的茶种，由茶艺师现场冲泡；又或从碳火慢煮的砂锅里舀出纯度层次都已相当丰富的老白茶，慢慢品尝。
Guests can sit at the bar on the right, choose their favorite varieties from the neat drawers of the tea cabinet, and have them brewed by tea artisan on site; Or from a slow-cooking casserole over a charcoal fire, ladle out the rich layers of old white tea and savor it.

我们将原本错综复杂的楼梯重新规划，置于中庭底部，以建筑的构造手法给呆板的空间增加趣味。客人穿过展示区后以游园回廊的形式折转上楼进入包厢区。包厢多为通透或半通透，敞亮透气视线不受阻隔，减少客人在密闭空间里的局促感，又能成为彼此的风景。
We re-layout the intricate staircase and placed it at the bottom of the atrium, adding interest to the dull space with architectural construction. After passing through the exhibition area, the guests are turned upstairs to enter the box area in the form of garden cloisters. The box is more transparent or semi-transparent, neither the light or sight is blocked, reduce the cramped feeling of guests inside the confined space , and can become each other’s scenery.

灵活多变的包厢区
Flexible dining box area
二楼包厢承载的功能多变，可以是小茶室，亦可以是会议室，同时SUJIAN 自带热厨，可以承接订制的私房菜系列。二楼的包厢因此设计为可分可合，用以满足不同场景不同人群的需求，尽可能拓展店铺的商业可能。
The balcony on the second floor carries variable functions, which can be a small tea room or a conference room. At the same time, SUJIAN has its own hot kitchen, which can undertake customized private food series. The boxes on the second floor are therefore designed to be separable and closed to meet the needs of different people in different scenes and expand the commercial possibilities of the store.

私房菜系列
Home cooking series
SUJIAN也开始了私房菜的尝试，推出以新派粤系为基础的融合菜。VIP包厢内，有客厅有餐区，仿佛来到朋友家中，松软的沙发上一坐，沏上一壶茶，彻底放松。于是，吃茶吃咖啡的同时，又多了吃私房菜的体验。对于乐意尝试新事物的年轻群体来说，这是一种时尚自在、接受度极高的新模式。
SUJIAN also started experimenting with private home dishes, introducing fusion dishes based on the new Cantonese style. In the VIP box, there is a living room and a dining area, as if to a friend’s home, sitting in the soft sofa, brew a pot of tea, completely relaxed. Therefore, while eating tea and coffee, guests also have the experience of eating private dishes. It is a fashionable, comfortable and highly acceptable new model for young people who are willing to try new things.

新SUJIAN拥有超大庭院，在高楼林立的闹市里实属难得，像是在人潮汹涌的都市里找到了属于自己的一片真空。冬季白雪皑皑，围炉煮茶；春季鸟语花香，喃喃细语，成为客人们的最爱。
New SUJIAN has a large courtyard, which is rare in the crowded city, like finding a vacuum of his own in the crowded city. Snowing white in Winter, cooking tea on stove; Birds singing and flowers blooming in Spring , become the guests’ favorite.

Love is the best
在SUJIAN的理念中，茶，如同生活中的柴米油盐，不可缺少，但不必装腔也无须迎合，喜欢便是最好。在新店中，我们围绕“简单轻松质朴”的氛围，用可以承载时光“雕刻”的材质打造有温度的空间，让到来的人们都能感受到安静与放松。酸洗面的米色石材，锯木纹的橡木地板，肌理感的墙面涂料，经雨水腐蚀的金属板，带有包浆的老石板，每一种都经过精心挑选。
In SUJIAN’s concept, tea, like daily necessities oil and salt, is indispensable, but there is no need to pretend or cater to, love is the best. In the new store, we focus on the atmosphere of “simple, relaxed and simple”, and create a warm space with materials that can carry the “carving” of time, so that people can feel quiet and relaxed. Acid-washed beige stone, sawhorn-grained oak floors, textured wall paint, rain-corroded metal plates, old stone slabs with pulp, each has been carefully selected.
