Apartamento Indautxu is a communal apartment located in Bilbao. In an interior of just 55 square meters, Deza Setien minimizes physical partitions to maximize space use and visual continuity. Wood is made in the interior of unified texture, neutralizing the simple but elegant and concise temperament of the space, forming the orderly space.

Through light tulle, the gentle light is projected onto the Y-Chair designed by Hans Wagner, which becomes the best self-evident footnote of the space. The vertical flow of lines, simple form language and pure material expression present the sense of order and balance of construction.

Apartamento Vico, an apartment in Barcelona's Sant Gervasi neighbourhood, has been partially redesigned by Deza Setien. Minimalist design gimmick makes the line in the space appears more fluent, clear and explicit. There is no excessive decoration and rich color in the interior, which is presented in a clean, simple and elegant form. Under the light, a comfortable living atmosphere is created.
