本案屋主是一个幸福的三口之家，夫妻二人有一个非常可爱的儿子。交房不久后找到我们，谈及这套房子的设计时，屋主表示家里的
收纳一定要强，因为随着孩子的生长，东西只会越来越多，但是又不想空间看起来那么普通。
并且希望有一处独立的活动空间，周末跟孩子进行亲子活动。
by the way，这其实也是一个小小孩的家，在客厅后方打开了的那间活动区，
让爸妈在客厅、厨房忙碌时，也可以看看孩子们在干嘛！活动区里有好多玩具，每一组都经过妈妈的仔细拣选，摆着就超级可爱；我觉得屋主并不是特别少物的，她有很多喜爱的物品，但都好好的、分门别类地被收拾好了，屋内有我们经过分析的顺手式收纳的设计，而屋主对于她拥有的收纳空间与量也做了很好的掌控的缘故！
在对屋主的需求和喜好有了大致的了解之后，就房子来说，空间客厅比较小，并且采光不好，餐厅区域的动线不合理，我们对空间进行了更深层的改造。
1、将原有结构的客厅与卧室进行了互换。并且将厨房打开，打造一个开放式厨房。厨房和餐厅采用餐厨一体设计，与客厅相连接，
不仅动线舒服了，还充分利用了借用空间的方法将空间视觉感拉大。
2、原有的客厅的位置打造成一个儿童学习活动区，且顶面预留了推拉门轨道，将来可以做成另外一间卧室，给未来留出了空间。
3、卧室采用地台床，可以充分利用卧室空间，不仅增大卧室的收纳面积，同时营造出轻松懒散的氛围。
4、卫生间做成了干湿分离，同时增加出来了两个洗手池，也是给房子的未来留出空间。
玄关嵌入不规则的镜面墙，让家中场景相互联系，形成你中有我，我中有你的视觉点。微水泥和原木的强强联合，让这个家在平静的空间里，窥见侘寂的生活，打造出舒适和谐的生活氛围感。
