PROJECT INTRODUCTION

广州斑夫人集团总部办公室，选址于中国广州天河区。项目邀请中国顶流设计公司刘柯设计事务所担纲其空间设计。斑夫人美业集团作为科美市场源头供应商，已深耕行业二十多年，刘柯设计团队通过倾听及探讨，与斑夫人一起梳理出三大核心诉求：将斑夫人20多年的品牌文化，植入到了新的空间中，能够有效减少B端客户沟通成本，提高品牌形象。其次，通过敞开式办公空间实现参观学习、移动办公、区域培训等多重功能。再次，打造一个符合科美诊所相关专业规范的可复制样板店。

刘柯设计团队提炼出科技化、国际化、美学化这三大设计要素，在解决办公功能需求的基础上，展现斑夫人品牌实力，让好的空间会说话！

The headquarters office of Guangzhou Banfu Group is located in Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China. The project invites China's top design company Liu Ke Design Firm to undertake its spatial design. As the source supplier of the Kemei market, Banfu Meiye Group has been deeply rooted in the industry for more than 20 years. Liu Ke's design team has listened and discussed with Banfu to identify three core demands: to implant Banfu's brand culture of more than 20 years into new spaces, which can effectively reduce communication costs for B-end customers and improve brand image. Secondly, multiple functions such as visiting and learning, mobile office, and regional training can be achieved through open office spaces. Once again, create a replicable model store that meets the relevant professional standards of Kemei Clinic.

The Liu Ke design team has extracted three major design elements: technological, international, and aesthetic. Based on meeting the needs of office functions, they showcase the brand strength of Lady Ban and make good spaces speak!

天花板采用了不锈钢波纹板材质，反射出室内的光线和色彩，创造出动态的视觉效果。这种设计手法不仅增加了空间的视觉深度，也使得整个前厅看起来更加宽敞明亮。

The ceiling is made of stainless steel corrugated sheet material, reflecting indoor light and color, creating a dynamic visual effect. This design technique not only increases the visual depth of the space, but also makes the entire front hall look more spacious and bright.墙面和隔断使用了大量的红色条形透明材料，既保证了空间的通透性，又增添了现代感。这些条形元素象征着流动性或节奏感，为空间注入活力。The walls and partitions use a large amount of red strip transparent materials, which not only ensure the transparency of the space, but also add a sense of modernity. These bar elements symbolize fluidity or rhythm, injecting vitality into the space.「 洽谈室一 」整个空间以白色为主调，辅以红色，形成鲜明对比。家具选择上，采用流线型设计，如白色的弧形沙发和红色的长凳，增添了动感与活力。大理石纹理的茶几和圆形餐桌则提升了空间的质感与档次。

The entire space of 'Negotiation Room One' is dominated by white, complemented by red, creating a sharp contrast. In terms of furniture selection, streamlined design is adopted, such as white curved sofas and red benches, adding dynamism and vitality. The marble textured coffee table and circular dining table enhance the texture and grade of the space.

顶部的圆形造型灯发出柔和的光线，与四周的暖色调灯光相呼应，营造出温馨舒适的办公环境。透明的玻璃隔断不仅保证了私密性，还让室内外场景得以交融。

The circular shaped light at the top emits soft light, echoing the warm toned lights around, creating a warm and comfortable office environment. Transparent glass partitions not only ensure privacy, but also allow indoor and outdoor scenes to blend together.

「 洽谈室二 」室内采用了开放式设计，中间摆放着一张椭圆形的透明桌子，周围配有透明的椅子，整个空间显得通透而现代。空间中主要使用了两种颜色，一是透明材质带来的清新感，二是红色的隔断墙，为空间增添了活力与热情。

The interior of "Negotiation Room 2" adopts an open design, with an oval shaped transparent table placed in the middle and transparent chairs around it, making the entire space appear transparent and modern. There are two main colors used in the space, one is the freshness brought by transparent materials, and the other is the red partition wall, which adds vitality and enthusiasm to the space.

天花板上的波纹设计搭配红色半透明隔断使整个空间富有艺术感，增加了空间的动感。

The corrugated design on the ceiling, combined with the red semi transparent partitions, gives the entire space an artistic feel and enhances its dynamism.

「 水吧多功能区 」空间中墙面以透明材质作为隔断，既保证了空间的通透性，又起到了一定的隐私保护作用。地面米色石塑地板的运用，增加了空间的明亮度和开阔感，使整个空间显得更加宽敞。红色墙面上的“WORK HARD DREAM BIG”字样则以大号、醒目的白色字体呈现，不仅传达了积极向上的工作态度和追求梦想的信息，还增添了设计感。

The walls in the "Water Bar Multi functional Area" are separated by transparent materials, which not only ensures the transparency of the space, but also plays a certain role in privacy protection. The use of beige stone plastic flooring on the ground increases the brightness and openness of the space, making the entire space appear more spacious. The words "WORK HARD DREAM BIG" on the red wall are presented in large and eye-catching white font, conveying not only a positive work attitude and the pursuit of dreams, but also adding a sense of design.

「 综合办公区 」现代风格的办公空间，采用了开放式设计。空间以明亮的白色和鲜艳的红色为主调，营造出活泼而专业的工作氛围。红色作为点缀色，不仅提亮了整个空间，也象征着活力与激情，激发员工的工作热情。天花板上的嵌入式灯具提供了均匀的照明，确保了工作时的视觉舒适度。墙面上的艺术作品和信息板增添了文化气息，同时也用于展示公司的成就或文化理念。

The modern style office space in the 'Comprehensive Office Area' adopts an open design. The space is dominated by bright white and vibrant red, creating a lively and professional working atmosphere. Red, as an accent color, not only brightens up the entire space, but also symbolizes vitality and passion, inspiring employees' work enthusiasm. The embedded lighting fixtures on the ceiling provide uniform illumination, ensuring visual comfort during work. The art pieces and information boards on the wall add cultural atmosphere and are also used to showcase the company's achievements or cultural concepts.

「 董事长办公室 」在空间设计上旨在营造一种既温馨又专业的工作氛围。整个空间采用暖色调为主，辅以精致的装饰和家具，体现了对细节的极致追求。The Chairman's Office aims to create a warm and professional working atmosphere in its spatial design. The entire space is dominated by warm tones, complemented by exquisite decorations and furniture, reflecting the ultimate pursuit of details.

「 销售副总办公室 」空间内设计简洁现代，以白色和米色为主色调，营造出明亮、专业的氛围。空间布局开放，办公桌整齐排列，中间通道宽敞，便于人员通行。自然光与顶部吊灯共同提供充足光线，墙上公司标志“BANFUREN”使用红色背景突出品牌识别。整体设计注重功能性与美观性，极力高效率的工作环境。

The design of the "Sales Vice President's Office" space is simple and modern, with white and beige as the main colors, creating a bright and professional atmosphere. The spatial layout is open, with neatly arranged desks and a spacious middle passage for easy passage of personnel. Natural light and the top chandelier provide ample light, and the company logo "BANFUREN" on the wall features a red background to highlight the brand identity. The overall design emphasizes functionality and aesthetics, striving for a highly efficient working environment.

「 技术副总办公室 」工作区域与休息区域相结合，既有独立的工作空间，又有舒适的休息角落，设计体现了对工作效率和生活质量的双重考虑。

The "Technical Vice President's Office" combines the work area with the rest area, providing both independent workspace and comfortable resting corners. The design reflects a dual consideration of work efficiency and quality of life.

「 练习室 」空间内采用了温暖的色调，墙面和天花板以米黄色为主，营造出一种温馨舒适的氛围。

The 'Practice Room' space adopts warm color tones, with beige walls and ceilings as the main color, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

空间整体色调以温暖的米色为主，营造出一种温馨舒适的氛围。前台区域吧台使用了半透明玻璃的材质，形状流畅，与整个空间的现代感相呼应。The overall color tone of the space is mainly warm beige, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The bar counter in the front desk area is made of semi transparent glass material, with a smooth shape that echoes the modernity of the entire space.浅色的石塑地板与墙面微水泥色调相协调，既保证了空间的明亮感，又便于清洁和维护。

顶部圆形的线条灯带设计简洁而现代，为整个空间增添了一抹亮色。

The light colored stone plastic flooring is coordinated with the micro cement color scheme of the walls, ensuring a bright space and facilitating cleaning and maintenance.

The circular line light strip design at the top is simple and modern, adding a touch of brightness to the entire space.

「 皮肤治疗室 」墙面和家具主要采用米白色和浅棕色，与柔和的灯光相映成趣，给人一种温暖而舒适的感觉。墙上的“BANFUREN”标志清晰可见，简洁大方，体现了品牌特色。窗户旁的垂直百叶窗帘不仅美观，还能调节室内光线。

The walls and furniture of the "Skin Treatment Room" are mainly made of beige and light brown, which complement the soft lighting and give people a warm and comfortable feeling. The "BANFUREN" logo on the wall is clearly visible, simple and elegant, reflecting the brand's characteristics. The vertical blinds next to the window are not only beautiful, but also can adjust indoor lighting.

「 入口区域 」站在电梯厅可以看到墙面上红色的波浪纹理设计富有动感，与白色的背景形成鲜明对比，增强了视觉冲击力。同时班头的玻璃隔断，可以看到内部有休息区域和展示架，这样的设计既保证了私密性，又方便顾客在等待时能够看到集团内部的情况。

Standing in the elevator hall, you can see the dynamic red wave texture design on the wall in the "entrance area", which forms a sharp contrast with the white background and enhances the visual impact. At the same time, the glass partition at the head of the class allows for a rest area and display rack inside, which ensures privacy and facilitates customers to see the internal situation of the group while waiting.
